Conversations & Connections
A Networking Event
Friday March 20, 2026 @ 3:30pm - 6:00pm
Join us for an inspiring and energizing evening designed to elevate the voices, experiences, and leadership of women across the development and construction industry. The event opens with a short panel discussion featuring women with home building, real estate development, construction, and consulting backgrounds who will share their recent wins, emerging opportunities, and the roadblocks they’ve faced along the way. Their candid insights set the tone for an honest, uplifting, and solutions‑focused conversation about what progress looks like in our industry today and why nurturing your professional network is so important.
Following the panel, attendees will participate in an assigned‑seat round‑table networking session. Seating is organized by industry role (consultant, developer, contractor, builder, municipal, and others) allowing participants to engage in deeper, more meaningful discussions with peers and to build connections that drive collaboration for future success.
This event is designed to spark conversation, empower our members at every career stage, and strengthen the professional networks that support resilient and inclusive growth in our industry.
Don't forget to bring your business cards!
