Constructing Balance: Mental Health Series

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and we wanted to help bring attention to mental health, as your physical and mental well-being profoundly influences your professional journey, shaping productivity, creativity, and overall job fulfillment. Prioritizing self-care helps to enhance clarity of thought, facilitate sound decision-making, and generate innovative ideas. When you experience contentment and fulfillment, you’re better positioned to actively participate in your work, foster effective collaboration, and make positive contributions to your team. 

We hosted our first two sessions focusing on different topics - Taking Care of You & Others, and Women’s and Men’s Health in the Workplace. Our instructor for the sessions was Tara Adams, owner of Abridge Consulting which specializes in workplace mental health and workplace suicide prevention.
